We contacted Mark based on a VERY positive recommendation of our neighbour. We had a walk in closet about 8 x 10 and were looking for remodelling ideas. Mark promptly set up an on-site visit and we quickly narrowed down the design choices, colors etc. Mark’s software allowed him to easily make many changes and tweaks and he was always intent on us getting the design we would be happy with. His design advice was invaluable. After a visit to the showroom and a final couple of tweaks our order was placed and a tentative schedule was arranged. Mark and his installation team were timely, courteous and cleaned up at the end of the day. The materials are of high quality and the fit and finish is excellent. We especially like the pull-out hamper and the jewelry drawer insert options that we chose. Overall, the his/hers hutch-like bank of drawers (with soft closers) has totally changed our use of the closet and we are extremely pleased with the end product.
